I'm not sure it's a Mancini thing, seems more to do with the club's new policy. Now we've won the league we're not willing to pay anyone whatever they want. We're in a much stronger bargaining position than we were 2/3 years ago.

Guys if MCFC are planning a press conference at the same time as hazard it must mean something, cant be a coincidence

He is a good player dont get me wrong but to be honest he will get more playing time at chelsea so I wont hold it against him or boo him, the guy is only 21 for gods sake
