Hes 21, he can forget being the center and star figure at city, so if he think so highly of himself that hes better than Silva,Aguero,Yaya,Kompany,Tevez then he has a huge problem.

on the other side, why join Arsenal? their team is shit and he will never win anything

I doubt that he thinks so. That's my personal opinion that Hazard should join team, which will be built around him and he won't be just a part of team, as it will be in City. This team is very strong already and I think that Hazard will lose a bit of his potential. So Arsenal or similar team would be better choice. He at least could make some legacy there.

Not saying he won't sign for united but that is dated on 05/15/2012 and says he said he would sign 'last night'. Pretty sure we would have heard about this before now if he had said that
