Has it struck anyone that the transfer window hasn't even began and yet there is 250+ pages

Why does it matter though? Chelsea have already signed a player. Arsenal have too. The transfer window doesn't need to be officially open for us to do business.

Just been looking on his twitter account he only follows PL players VK and Fellani, (it would be nice for us to get Fellani!).
