If he moved to another PL club, you will see how exceptional player he is.

"Exceptional"?
This is becoming harder and harder to believe.
Maybe he'd be a good acquisition for the likes of Liverpool... but I wouldn't be too surprised if he turns out to have the same impact Downing has had so far. None that is.

Its an opinion at the end, and I feel strongly that he will prove how good he is when he move to bigger stage than The French League.

Oh my mistake TC; I thought you were referring to AJ! :)
I agree with you wholeheartedly when it comes to Hazard.

Nasri is going to be a beast next year just like after Silva had a year at City, 7 assists alread
Half of those assists were in one game.

Silva was already a "beast" last year.

Yeah but he stepped up into 'on par with Xavi and Iniesta mould' this season.
Don't fool yourself mate. David is very, very good, but never on par with Xavi and Iniesta.

For me, David is no different to the one we saw last year. Tevez not playing is what has allowed David to flourish.

Silva>Iniesta

Hazard to Chelsea is nailed on. Reasons:

1. Last week one of Lille's directors said Chelsea were the closest to signing him.

2. They will offer more wages and transfer fee than all the others apart from us.

3. Hazard wants to be a STARTER at one of the big clubs. AVB is going to be rebuilding the side in the summer and Chelsea have no real wingers and a short in midfield. 'Not sitting on the bench rules out us', IMO.

4. London (we have to accept is a big draw for foreigners)

5. Chelsea have signed a few Belgians recently, Lukaku, Courtious, De Bruyne

6. Apparently there will be a mass clearout in the summer with 10 players leaving by the start of next season. They are (Anelka, Kalou, Alex, Bosingwa, Benyoun, Lampard, Drogba, Obi-Mikel, Malouda, Fererra). And Roman is ready to back AVB will alot of money to rebuild the side for the longterm, based around English, Belgian and Brazilian players. The targets are Cahill (already got), DeBruyne (nearly completed), Hazard, Lucas Moura Da Silva, Neymar, Willian. They have already bought Thibart Courtois to replace Cech in the longterm.

7. Maybe Joe Cole has bigged up Chelsea to him.

Belgian superstar Eden Hazard wants to move to the Premier League this summer – and will choose between Manchester City and Chelsea.

The Lille forward has decided to knock back Arsenal’s interest, while Manchester United are not ready to meet the £30million-plus price tag.

Although Real Madrid are also still in the picture, it looks set to be a scrap between City and Chelsea as Hazard feels the English game suits his style of play best .

City manager Roberto Mancini has reportedly confirmed his interest in Hazard, one of the hottest prospects in Europe.

Quoted in French newspaper Le 10 Sport, Mancini said: “Hazard has an enormous level of talent and is able to play at the maximum level.

“But we know there is interest from the big European clubs and any deal will not be easy.”

Chelsea have had Hazard watched TWENTY times in the last 18 months and French scout Guy Hillion says the reports he's filed have been glowing in their praise of the player.

Hillion said: “I was at the Lille-St Etienne match and the player has interested Chelsea since Frank Arnesen was at the club.

“Personally, my reports have been excellent and I do think he can succeed in the Premier League.”

Arsenal started to track Hazard nearly three years ago but it appears the club may now struggle to land him, even though he was quoted recently as saying they had “more history” than some interested clubs.

Real Madrid are also watching developments, with French football legend and director of football Zinedine Zidane championing Hazard's cause.

But Real face uncertainty with boss Jose Mourinho set to quit Spain summer, with his sights set on a return to England.

link to this Le 10 Sport article you're quoting on twitter? Rarely will Mancini openly discuss a player that's not under contract with the club.

I don't have the article itself, it's transcribed by the Mirror from it and on the Mirror's website. Mancini has done this before thought but usually with press from the country a certain player is at, ie. Napoli's Three Tenors.
