No they are not, because Hazard said I may play there next year and the transfer is still pending !
So it means Spurs have done everything, and they are just waiting for Hazard to sign the contract.
If Eden and his father were just using Spurs, Harry can deny the reports tomorrow.

Fair play to the Spurs if they are actually serious. Always like seeing new young talent in the Premier League. The league would be even more of a challenge which is great to me. Too many young players rot on Madrid's bench for my liking.

Or he meant that his transfer out of Lille was pending and that he hadn't agreed to sign with any club. Translations to English from other languages are tricky sometimes.

I agree, fair play to Spurs if they get him, quality player. I know most City fans don't like Spurs but I'd rather they was in the top 3 meaning one of Arsenal or Chelsea miss out on C/l football, they've had it good long enough it's about time there was a long change at the top.

Could see Chelsea, Real or even Malaga dependent upon where they finish this season. His transfer fee isn't a problem, 28-35 mil tops. It's his contract. If Tottenham sign him they'll break almost all of their wage structure agreements they have in place. They don't really have the money for the squad they have now. Levy stood firm for one season hoping CL money would come back to them. But they're managing their books on success. A very dangerous game.
