i heard earlier that we had walked away due to the fee his agent wanted, the fee was agreed as were terms in principle.
To me it looks like he is stalling maybe in the hope that we will get back around the table with him, At the end of the day he is just another footballer albeit a very good one but if we don't get him then there will be others to fall back on. Given the choice i would love to have him as i can't see how he would fail to make any team stronger however i won't be losing any sleep about it if he goes elsewhere,
