As regards Hazard, I think he is fucking good, but no way is he worth the £300k+ (per week)being quoted in many places, we have just won the league without him, I have no doubt we would have as good a chance next season, whether we have him or not.

I think Chelsea winning last night has definitely affected his thinking.

We all know foreigners love London, playing for the newly crowned European Champions wouldn't be a huge surprise.

Still hope he comes to us, but not on the sort of money that's being quoted, that would be insane.

There are good Plan Bs even if we don't get Hazard. Muniain would be brilliant as he's a fighter who works his arse off for the team and has immense talent. Bale is tried and tested in the PL, his technical skills are inferior to Hazard (in my opinion) but his pace and directness would give us another dimension. Di Maria despite being a diving prick is an excellent player who we could go back for as he wants more wages than Real have offered. Then there are lower profile players like Belhanda, Cazorla, Navas, Harnik, Hoilett who might not be as good but would give us new options. I wonder what Mancini wants to buy Hazard as, a winger or playmaker? I suspect it's a wide man mainly but who could fill in for Silva when needed.

im not sure if we really want him i think we've got certain targets who we want to sign and are happy to go about our buisness with these deals while hazard takes up all the headlines, we've never been as attractive for a player before and imo it may be us holding him ransom we hold all the cards imo, firstly we have other targets who value just as highly and i get the feeling hes not bobbys type of player, i think we would sign him but only on our terms and im convinced the player from lille we REALLY want is lucas digne and i also believe fergies been scouting debuchy. hazard is an incredible player and any team would be lucky to have him on his talents but i still have concerns over him, the fact that madrid and barca dont appear to be interested in him raises question marks for me and ourselves and the rags seem to rate christen eriksen higher. i also beleive his agent has been auctioning hazard off i feel all these stories of him house hunting etc are from hazards side his agent is well known for being that type of guy.
