No one is in agreement with this because the public is already sympathetic for Brazilian clubs who lose players for the national teams as our domestic competitions ridiculously do not stop while Fifa and Conmebol tournaments take place

We could of course (tongue in cheek here) appeal the decision and play them in the Leicester game and then when we lose the appeal it will be for a game after Steffen is out of quarantine!! :-) Because really I think the angst from this thread is more about Edersen than the other players isn't it with Steffen being in isolation or whatever it is.

PSG have got about 15 keepers. Perhaps we could get Donnarumma on an emergency loan.

clubs need to take care of the players and sending players to red list countries goes against health and safety rules surely. THe premier league need to make a statement on this and fast. They promised to stand by the clubs well now is the time to stand up

IMO, a ridiculous rule in the current circumstances.

The rule itself isn’t ridiculous, it should be implemented in situations like Sancho for sure, but to implement its application against quarantine during a global pandemic is pure stupidity.
