We didnt fuck KDB off. He is now injury prone and will never hit the heights he and the club expect. He gave us 10 brilliant years and goes with the majority of the fans blessing.
The whole team had a poor season. A reset was needed. This year will be different but I can't stand the hate and the rage towards Eddie. He's still got a lot to offer in my eyes and has been a credit to the club both on and off the pitch. The guy deserves respect.

The belief is reijnders and cherki (and maybe a rejuvenated foden) can contribute elements of KDB's game but there is no remotely available half decent ball-playing keeper I'd assume.

Look I am biased because Kevin is my all time favourite. I don’t see why we are holding onto a player that has a single year left on his contract. He is leaving for nothing at the end of the season, and we will need a new keeper. I would be happy with him staying if we extended his contract on a reduced salary with the idea that we are bringing in a first choice next season. However, keeping Ortega and Ederson seems like a silly idea with both having had a poor season.

With that logic then maybe keeping the whole squad plus pep seems like a silly idea as they all had a shit season too.
The club as a whole had a shit season. Being at it for four years flat eventually led to running out of steam, plus injuries, plus loss of form, plus other teams being better than us, last year was always going to happen at some point in time.

To be fair, we've no idea what the club are doing or not doing with regard to his contract. End of the day, he has a contract for the next season, so let's just wait and see. He might want out himself

So all of this seems to have been more twitter bullshit? Again? And Fabrizio Romano is supposed to be an ITK? Maybe the City fans who want him gone can start a more direct campaign again. I do think they will, just because there's an appetite for it nowadays, disliking our own.

Anyway I still maintain he will be our number 1. The club would be stupid to change what he gives us. If he wants to leave there's nothing we can do though.

The only problem I can see with Ederson staying , is if he had agreed personal terms with another team. Or will be leaving for free next summer.

Where’s his head going to be? Is he going to be on top of his form when he leaving in 12 months.
 


Okan Buruk: Ederson is a very important option for us. Will Manchester City let him go? That’s also an important matter.

Because he is a very good player, and important to us.

There would need to be a worthwhile offer to change that.

He is a grown-up and a professional.
 
I am certain ederson leaves this window
Trafford ain’t here to play second fiddle.
I think we are basically telling him and any interested clubs to pay the fee or shut up
Ball is now in their court as we have a number one keeper in place
