Just like we did with Fred, Sanchez etcSounds like meddling.

City demanding £20m is a joke for a player who is in final year of his contract and already telling people he's off.
Not his fault thoughI cant wait for him to go, sick of this shit now.
Galatasaray and Saudi both have plenty of money tbf and can more than afford a reasonable fee.I'd also argue it's poor from City to price out a player who has given such long and successful service?
Especially so, when we did the same to stop him earning Saudi money last summer.
You have a situation here where if we are not careful you will have two players who want to leave that will be staying.
I’d rather Ederson go, he wants to leave , his heads already somewhere else. Just let him go. If he stays he won’t be anywhere near his best.
Foolish to keep him if he is really set on leaving even if we go into the season with Trafford and Ortega and no genuine interest in doing a deal with PSG.You have a situation here where if we are not careful you will have two players who want to leave that will be staying.

According to Rico, he wants to stay tooAccording to Pep, Rico wants to stay?
He's gonna have to manage his wage demands if true.
I assumed that we would respect his wishes with a simple transfer that allowed him to leave for a reasonable fee?
Never heard of it. I do know the Makélélé but perhaps that is different?very few players get a way of playing a position named after them.
But we know what the Makalea position is.
I think Ederson has achieved that, if someone wanted a keeper very accustomed with their feet, you would say an Ederson style of keeper.
He is the best one playing that way and has brought that style of GK’ing to be paramount with success!!
Privilege to watch!!
It's quite strange that we are holding up his move for a few quid. In the past, we have let players go for a lower fee as a sort of reward for what they have done for the club - dzeko being a good example.City demanding £20m is a joke for a player who is in final year of his contract and already telling people he's off.

Ederson surely has enough credit in the bank at city that we won't stop him getting the move he wants for a couple of million

Good to see you too bud. I know it’s not what you want to hear but I was sat back on my sofa by 9.15!Good to see you at Wolves mate.
Didn't get back until midnight, got the train to Crewe and the fucking connection to Manchester was delayed by an hour :(
I don’t think we are holding the move up, it’ll be imo because we are trying to tie up the Donnarumma deal at the same time. It's quite strange that we are holding up his move for a few quid. 20 million is more than a fair price for a decent keeper. If galatasary want him that much then they will have to pay what city want.City demanding £20m is a joke for a player who is in final year of his contract and already telling people he's off.
