Benfica sold 100% of Ederson for £40M but as they only own 50% of his economic rights they'll keep £20M.

The other £20M goes to whoever brokered the deal for him to go to Benfica and his previous club In Brazil.

My understanding is if we paid 40 mill benfica get 20 mil and the other half (20 mill) is split 30% to Rio Ave amd 20% to gettufe. So 16 mill to Rio Ave and 4 mill to Gettufe (SP?)
