Completely agree, people now rate him, not on a normal footballer performance but on a 'Dzeko performance'. If we had a good strong striker, e.g Falcao, we'd notice a huge difference on what we should be getting from a player like that.

We have players in the team that have games where they are absolutely superb, yet in the 2 years we've had Dzeko we've had 70% shit performances, 29% average and 1 fantastic game against Spurs. The subs goals hide so much about his overall performance and his footballing ability.

Dzeko and Maicon were also the only two threatening shots at the goal. Fans booing Mancini for not taking Dzeko off was... Meh

Pretty sure Tevez had as many, if not more, shots as Dzeko, surely that means he was threatening as well?
