better late than never :-)

a bit more variation can pay dividends is all
I agree totally that we need more variation and the game we've been playing is not suited to Dzeko.

HOWEVER, there's no such thing as tippy tappy football. It's a fucking tabloid term for people who either don't know or misheard the pronunciation of tiki taka.

the former when it aint working and the latter when it is perhaps ;-)

It's tiki taki if you shoot and it's tippy tappy if you just pass it endlessly until you lose it.
Big difference.

It would be interesting to see Kun and Edin upfront with Tevez in the hole behind, against less attacking teams, obviously.
Would agree but tevez is selfish
And shift out an even more creative player in Silva..

Didn't say that, mate. Possibly Silva floating in front of two DMs. But for just for some teams, clearly.

Edin Dzeko legend?..........Why not?

For the massive gee up to the team after getting the second against QPR always a legend. Deserves more time than he gets but I wish his confidence wasnt quite so fleeting.

I think having to accommodate 4 forwards has scuppered the form somewhat this year, could do with swapping out a striker for some Nasri Silva back up such as Isco / Pastore / Rodriguez.

This thread has taken a remarkable turn once again. What a bunch of ***** we are!

Tbf I was still pretty brutal with my remark.

Re: Edin Dzeko legend

Some of us have always maintained that he's top class.

Yeah, he might look slow, horrendous first touch at times, but the way he creates space and pulls players around him is a breath of fresh air, add to this that he's one of the least selfish players and you got an amazing player.

I guess that's why they call him a diamond. True diamonds have flaws.
