Fantastic performance from Edin today. Looking more and more like the player we thought we had signed. I felt his work deserved a goal today. If he has indeed re-signed for us, then its tremendous news.

Echo what's already been said - he was fantastic today. Held the ball up incredibly well and kept possession brilliantly. Definite MOTM performance for me.

He had an excellent game today, a centre forward in the style of Malcolm Macdonald (apt really) and the back heel for Silvas goal was awesome. Had rug head, van Persil or Zinadine Cleverly done that (yeh right) it would be on wrap around replay all week.

BBC said he had his foot on ice after the game, anyone know more? Hope it's not serious, can't see Sergio having 90m in his legs 8 days from now.

He said he got kicked in the first 5 mins. "No big deal" were his words.

Great news,he is a key member of our team and to secure his best years is fantastic.

Lesser characters may have bottled it and took the easy way out,he has proven his worth and I couldn't be happier.
