200k a week and 10m agent fee for a 33yo. The rags are so predictable. Knew this was gonna happen before the window opened

Cavani on £200k a week for 2 years is probably worth a gambe. He is a bit like Marcus Stewart, we know he is likely to score a front post header against us but can't stop him.

£20m all in, not the worst deal, if he fails it won't hurt them.
And paying his agent £10m :) Biggest club in the world!

If he stays fit (big IF) he will doa job for them however and it bails them out fo a bit of a hole - lots in wages again however.

What everyone's failing to realise is that this is actually a homecoming for Cavani. He's a lifelong Rag and dreamed of gracing "the theatre" as a kid. He even had posters of Karol Poborsky on his bedroom walls. He's now following the footsteps of other great United no 7s such as Beardsmore, Milne ane Sanchez. There's so much romance to this move how can it possibly not be a success?
