I did wonder whether it was to do with the license on LG TV's (strange as that would be) but if others can use it on LG's then probably not. Can you uninstall and download again on LG's to make sure it's up to date? If not can you clear the cache on it, perhaps by signing out?

Tried everything....clearing cache/data,reinstalling.....nothing.

Do City really want supporters to be able to watch the various teams ?

It seems a never ending story of failure with their apps from reading posts on here .
