You expect to much maturity for a teenager, even though he is a professional footballer. The good thing is that he is an incredible finisher, he reminds me of Edin. 100% he had a future at City, star material.

I think he’ll be eligible, I’m sure Harwood-Bellis was sent off in an EDS game last season and was still able to play for the senior team in a cup game.
