I think he’s almost certainly a better finisher than Gabriel Jesus is already. And his hold up play seems to be improving a lot too.

If he sorts out his discipline then you’d hope so. I don’t think Delap will be the sort to stick around though if he’s not given any chances in the first team in the next 18 months or so.

He has no special bond/loyalty to City and he comes across as fiercely ambitious,so i suspect you are right.
