Are you still upset he ignored you when you wanted his autograph?
Yes.

Seriously, very good player on his day but too much of a moaner with an attitude problem.

As are alot of head headed talents.

I've got a spare Elano postcard, you can have that one ;-)

I agree with the 10 good games comment... his first 5 and his last 5 (when he was after a new contract) every other game he played in he was totally disinterested.

To say Elano wasn't consistent enough, I think Ireland and the team's performances, especially away from home, weren't better than Elano's as well.

What would are attitudes be towards him if we did not have the money now?

What an astute question!

Those that slag him, can only do so as we(no, THEY) can AFFORD that luxury!! Had we been in a much lesser position, he'd have been a Demi-God now.

In fact, those that slag him are probably the ones that rated him the FOURTH best player to ever pull on the Sacred Shirt, when the question was asked about him, when he first joined us!

How I laughed and cringed with equal embarrassment!

With like minded players around him, in terms of movement and looking for the pass, he'll be awesome, as only Robby knew how to respond to his play. I hope he finds that at Galatasary.

Good luck, Ela.

More digs at Hughes in the press. Sad little twat.

The expecting us to win the league this year does look like a dig at Hughes.

LOL.

When you say like minded players I presume you mean moody, inconsistent, soft arses...;- )

But yeah, good look to him. I imagine the Turkish league is probably about the right level for him...
