oh this is good, my Missus, her Mother and her Step Dad all engage in "topping" whenever they get together.

I.e they furiously try to top each other's tales - if one has seen a bad car crash, the next saw a multiple pile up with a headless corpse - and so on!!

I cannot stop myself ridiculing them, so never go with her on her weekly visits, which suits me fine :)
