Yes but I think he knows it. Hence he studiously looks for the right "easy pass", with the occasional ambitious one thrown in. If all else fails, he has row Z as a fall-back.

It may not be the stuff of Pep's wet dreams but it's serviceable in the short run, in tandem with decent defensive capabilities. If he can build on both as the season progresses, great, because he has the goodwill of plenty of Blues.
 
I don't often feel sorry for footballers due to their wealth and lifestyle, but the guy reminds me of a dog in need of putting down.
Absolutely MILES out of his depth.
