Julien Lauren was saying Jorge Jesus is a possible for Monaco.

Pep will have another season at Bayern as it would be deemed failure the fact they let Heynckes go.

Letting Pellegrini go after him winning a double would be Chelsea and Ancelotti all over again.

Munich didn't let heynckes go, he retired and had already said it would be his last season well before the season finished. I agree though I can't see pep leaving Munich this year nor pellegrini leaving us

Worth keeping an eye on the Verminator's contract situation. Into the final year of his contract. Top quality player with experience of playing in the Premiership. A left-sided centre-back, and has played with Vinny. Perfect.

Except he's been terrible for two seasons now. I don't want us to 'improve' by signing Arsenal's reserves.

I don't think he has. Arsenal fans said that about Kolo and Clichy. Wenger just doesn't know how to coach a defence and they have Koscielny there who along with Kompany is the best central defender in the Premiership.

I would be seriously underwhelmed if Vermaelen was even linked with us, really don't rate him at all.

Just 'another' decent defender,we have a couple of them already.

I can't see this happening - Bidding war expected, Monaco, PSG and Man Utd all interested. Porto are very good at extracting the maximum for players the sell !!

Kolo and Clichy were still getting games. Vermaelen went from being one of Arsenal's key players and club captain to a back up centre back to Koscielny (who I agree, is excellent) and Mertesacker. Not what we need.

He said he'd prefer Chelsea not because of football, but location. But Chelsea signed Zouma so he won't be going there.

He said he doesn't want to hear about transfers till after the World Cup so don't expect this to be settled any time soon.

He also was asked City or Chelsea and he said Chelsea as it's in London. Sounds really keen I would leave well alone!

Apparently when asked Chelsea or Manchester city he said Chelsea because London is better
