Porto and City already have a 40M€ deal,BUT Mangala said that he wants PSG or Chelsea!... PSG dont need a CB,they already have Luiz and Silva,but Chelsea is on the market for a CB,but is Chelsea open to pay 40M€?humm i have my doubts...of course if PSG or Chelsea don´t want him they will be a City player.

If we end up paying 40m euros for Mangala I will question the transfer because from what I have seen he is worth half that at best.
He isn't even a regular for France with Sakho getting in the team over him, what does that tell you?
Benatia is the only defender on the market that is looking like a possible availablity that I would pay 25m+ for, if we cannot get him I would then start considering another decent stop gap like Demichelis was last season.

If some rumors, that it's a dubble-deal going on with Porto, he ain't gonna cost 40m. Not only with money from the deal should lower it some, it also true that his value is lowering with him being on the bench in the WC.
A note: mangala is a close friend with Sagna. Perhaps saggi could help out.
