no wum no I am not itk normally as they piss me off my brother who has moved to france for a six month short job contract he said the sports report on television about 7-30 tonight were discussing Mangala it was said that Van Gaal at united had inquired about him as they seek to strengthen there defence after the departures off 3 defenders I normally am a listener to you lot and a very occasional flapper so him saying this is doing me no favours I bloody hope this is not a Van Persie situation because after all the hyperbole and interviews they will T.T.P

sorry I thought this was relevant and just because you have read something that you didn't approve there is no need to be rude, fine I am not a teacher like you and lack literacy skills but the whole idea of this thread is to pool info re the above ,and with no intention to deceive and would be fucking angry if he did end up at the swamp

All I can think about is his shameful display in the Europa League semi final away at Sevilla. He was woeful!

If he signs I'll probably forget about that and brush it under the carpet as if it never happened. But while he's still not ours, and if he ends up not being, I'll just remember that game at Sevilla and won't be arsed one jot if we don't get him.

All I can think about is his shameful display in the Europa League semi final away at Sevilla. He was woeful!

If he signs I'll probably forget about that and brush it under the carpet as if it never happened. But while he's still not ours, and if he ends up not being, I'll just remember that game at Sevilla and won't be arsed one jot if we don't get him.

FFs in that game he was plaiyng alongside a player who played his first game in EL last season and the full-backs had a mightmare that night..also the miss of fernando from that didn't helped him either he was tryng to do the job of 3-4 players by his own...you can say about him in that game that he was the best from the worst

We do need to strengthen though mate and Mangala is looking like the only option at the moment.

Watching the game last night... Mangala is exactly what we need. In the prem.. Pace at centre half is essential. Recovery!!! Also we need a main header of the ball at corners and set pieces where we are weak.
We out played the dippers and although a friendly... If you add the likes of silva, Ageuro and kompany in that team it's scary..
Now stop messing about and put this saga to bed and get the mighty quim signed sealed and delivered.

It's about time someone has said this. It seems everyone watched that second leg against Sevilla ( probably the same people that went to York away ). You're spot on Mihai, he was left seriously exposed following Fernando receiving his marching orders in the first leg ( it was obvious Sevilla would do them without Fernando shielding that defence ) and to make matters worse he was trying to marshall a makeshift backline.

We have chased this guy for eighteen months now, have a little faith in those that have scouted him and ffs stop judging him on the basis of one game where he tried his best in an extremely difficult situation.
