Are medicals only valid for a fixed amount of time? Noticed this comment on twitter.....as its been 3 weeks since his rumoured medical and signing at the start of July, is it possible he has to re-do the medical?

A medical is only valid for a certain amount of time. Mangala as gone over the valid time allowed, that's y he as to have a second medical
