Yes, it's from the Falcao article in one of the Daily Shits. They've made up a story about us signing Falcao & then shown their own story to be ridiculous by explaining how we can't because we will have spent our budget.

I'm possibly grasping at straws but could City not sign players on loan until January window. As far as I remember we only have a cap for one transfer window.
City have stated a €60 million cap for this summer window but UEFA 'seem' to indicate we've a cap for 2 seasons.
Perhaps the cap is dependant on how our monitoring goes (I think it's every 6 months for the next 2 years?) and City are confident that we'll pass with flying colours and so there will be in effect no cap after this summer window?
yes if we meet requirements, then sanctions are lifted for next season.

Re: Eliaquim Mangala

Cap is for summer only, city are clear on that. We probably wont do much in Jan anyway. These sanctions will be lifted next year UEFA no city wont put up with being messed about again.

Read the Settlement Document released by UEFA and agreed to by City. Ignore the spin put on it by the club.
The restrictions are for 2 full seasons. What the limits are for the other 3 windows nobody knows. The club are not
fighting this. Dupont is fighting FFP and the court case is heard next Spring. If he wins, as I expect, then FFP is dead.
If he loses the restrictions will remain in place for 2015-16. It's been discussed at length on the FFP thread.

Seriously though, maybe he's looking at houses or something, though I thought he was supposed to be on holidays. Reckon this is a done deal anyways.
