Eliaquim Mangala

He is when asked to play high line

Would fit great into our system at the moment of play from the back. He's a bloody good defender
He's physical at least which is more than what Stones offers. You only need 1 CB who can pass and we have Kompany for that. The other guy just has to choose between a simple 10 yard pass, a back pass or a hoof. For example an in his prime Richard Dunne next to Kompany would be better than Stones next to Kompany could ever be. I feel like that pianist from Sesame Street...Oh I'll never get it!!!!

No you've got it. Mangala is a fantastic tackler and can break up play and distribute. We made the decision to ship him out and keep Nico. As bad a decision as selling Dzeko. But that's another story.

Mangala couldn't pass wind with City. How on earth can anyone expect him to play for Pep. Micah Richards was better and that is not a joke.

Just don't see much in it between Otto and the Mangler to be honest neither are anything approaching perfect. The Dzeko transfer has been argued to death elsewhere currently I'm not sure where he would fit in and his poor first touch would drive Pep insane.

Don't agree with the consensus that £18 million is good business. It's fairly poor i think. Putting aside what we paid for him, in today's market that's nothing. Harry Maguire jas just gone to Leicester from Hull for £17 million.

I still believe he's a very very good defender and fully expect Lyon to sell him on for probably double that if not more within a few years tops

Leicester are a Premier League club with pots of TV money, Lyon are not. Therein lies the problem.

We sold Dzeko then 3 weeks later started playing with wingers pumping balls in. For Bony. Utter wank.

He'd absolutely thrive in our current system with Raz and Sane on the wings.

Otta is crap. He just is. Late in the tackle, dives like a bellend and is constantly a yard off the pace. Out of his league, belongs in Spain.

Other than the first one's 30 and the seconds 27 in February 18.

There will be posters replying back to you with stats showing how good otamendi is. I've seen with my own eyes that he's not at the standard required. You could say stones is the same, but it's fair to give him a chance, seeing as he's younger and only been here for a year.
