As much as I loved the new music in the late 70's there was always one established band that always did it for me.

Electric Light Orchestra.

Accomplished and supreme.

Anyone else like them?

Really don't care. Just liked ELO and the music they made. Music should not be analysed and dissected to the nth degree, it takes the fun out of things imho.

There is time for music to be just fun and then there's a time for it to be analysed or we might as well let the 'artists' release any old shit.

Good call Mac! Morrissey? No comparison. He is light years behind them, at least as far as musical skill is concerned. He can't sing to save his life.
