Elon Musk

Dividing people? Thats such a weird claim. The people are already divided. He is merely picking a side. And for once a mogul has picked against the ruling class and everyone has their panties in a bunch.

Yall need to chill out. Your rhetoric is divisive.
No in general people are not divided.

Most people who vote on either side share far more in common than what tears them apart.

Most will follow the law and believe most of the laws are just and correct. Most love their families and want what's best for them.

The recent influx of right wing looneys are trying to divide the very fundamental things that people stand for. Talk about removing human rights and ending free health care. They start it under the guise of another issue 'removing the rights of immigrants' then before you know it, they're at your doorstep wanting to take your rights.

And FYI Musk and Trump are the ruling class, the richest man in the world and arguably the most powerful position in the world is as ruling class as it gets ffs.

I did a bit of reading about his background last night and his Dad was supposedly an arsehole. It's little wonder his son has turned out the way he has.
Yeah just had a look at Errol his dad, used to batter Elons mam and has kids with his stepdaughter from his second marriage who he ditched her mother for.

sounds a bit of nobhead

Imagine having all the money in the world and sitting up all night tweeting about muslim rape gangs. very fuckin weird.
Sitting up all night wondering how best to donate half a million to the rape crisis fund incognito as a lot of wealthy stars do
His twittering alters public perception he helped get Trump elected now he’s helping Putin
win the Ukraine war

The Mandela comparison is apt. You might not see it, just like the Afrikaans couldnt see it with Mandela either.
Robinson can very eell become that over the next 15 years.

Underestimate at your oen peril.
Hahaha. No.

There's some wild overestimating of the pull of these grifters.
Actually if there's one thing that the past 15-20 years of global politics has taught us, it's that people vastly underestimate the potential impact and popularity of right wing populism

They have a core of support, and in Farage’s case it is a decent one, but I can’t see them reaching critical mass.

tbf, it’s (barely) conceivable that Farage might, but the notion that Robinson will is actually comical and pitifully fails to understand the demographic and societal make up of the UK. I think many people on the right would be as appalled at the thought as those on the left.

I'm convinced he was on Nicky Campbell earlier pretending to be a speaker for some Republican support group in the UK?

A caller rang in about right wing billionaires wanting to control politics for their own gain and he came back with saying George Soros is a far left billionaire.

People of Clacton must be really grateful for his republican input

Maybe it's time to recreate the Home Guard in defence against Ellon's proposed Yankee invasion.

I'm 72 and near to being a pacifist, but if this country is being invaded give me a Lee-Enfield and I'll fight the twats.

'How can man die better, than facing fearful odds, for the ashes of his fathers and the temples of his gods.'

By the way, any British citizen supporting such an invasion is a traitor in accordance with the Treason Felony Act. So in an emergency, we'll have to set up People's Courts to deal with them. I can think of some good walls they can stand against.

Because when you can have anything else you desire, power to control becomes the only thing left.

Musk's sanity is questionable and from reading a few books about him he has a distorted vision of society across the world where he believes everyone should be working together to explore space and populate other planets, developing the technology as required.

The only way for him to achieve this is to ensure everyone is subservient and that includes political leaders. Those who are easier to manipulate and have populist agendas are perfect targets which means you have to undermine the authority of those that dont meet his needs.
