Email from City about ticket frustrations

The odd game, fair enough. But if someones transferring 3+ games why should they get priority over someone who went to them all?

true true - i can see both side of the arguements. point whoring is all to common but if city get the money...should they care..?

I generally hate the divides that city put in place like £50 platinum and 101 different seating prices in the etihad..

But when it comes to the CL final..and the qualifying criteria reads:

20k points, on CL scheme - transferred 0/6 games
20k points, on CL scheme - transferred 1/6 games
20k points, on CL scheme - transferred 2/6 games
and so on....where do we draw the line.

building a class society right here. everyone attends and misses games for different reasons. 1. Health. 2 Financial 3. Work and beyond...
 
A free drink from the club at the next match would go some way to appease the fans. Unfortunately the queuing times at the bars would p*ss everyone off again.

They would still mess it up. Beats me how they don't know that people will be buying beer at half time and have the foresight to line a few up. Been on the phone to city about my ticket for tomorrow started at 154 been on phone 20 mins and I'm 125th. Absolute joke.

I'm going back down tomorrow morning, 2nd time, handing the ticket office my phone, and telling them to sort it out there and then.
 
It's a start.....at least 3 weeks late possibly longer but, it's a start.

Hopefully we'll as a fanbase get an improvement over the next few weeks/month or so but how many people have been pissed off never to return by this either as match going fans or randoms buying a Jack shirt that hasn't arrived.
I couldn't agree more pal, this email should have been sent out by Supporter Services at least 6 weeks ago, when it became apparent that there were major issues accessing the new mobile ticketing platform. Whoever is managing or mismanaging this shit show needs to come out and explain why supporters are still waiting on hold for over 5 hours on the phone and why supporters are queuing for hours on end at the Etihad ticket office and why emails are never acknowledged. You can and do expect teething problems when any new system is introduced, but the scale of the issues raised is simply staggering.

Do they still have the pre-bought casino chip system that they used to have up in SS3? They don't have owt like that where I am, but that's the only time I've ever got close to getting and finishing a pint at half time. I've given up recently, as much as I'd like one missing the game and/or downing an Amstel in 2 minutes just doesn't sound that fun.

I don't think they can update the mobile tickets. I asked for print outs instead when I was there yesterday but couldn't or wouldn't (not sure which) do it

They don't have it where I sit my mate in SS has never mentioned it so might have been a one off.
