Email from City about ticket frustrations

Yes they have apologised for the crap they have put us through but will it improve ? Time will tell if it’s just lip service to keep the fans onboard.
To late for 3 of us as we have now ditched the cup schemes .
 
How do you know yet, maybe wait and see what happens.Or just jump toma pre conceived conclusion if you like.
As a response to the sizeable percentage of supporters inconvenienced /irritated by the new system the email is patronising insincere corporate shite.

I'm still on the phone waiting for them to answer after 3 hours 25 mins . It's beyond belief . I bought 2 extra tickets (never again) and iv'e not received an updated email that they have been sending me since 9th Sept. So I could be on until 8 tonight if they don't cut me off first.
