Emergency keeper loan / Hart / Brum [All merged]

No need to talk about 'bungs'. Players' agreements are regulated by FA rules and by the law of contract-in that order. If the FA is happy for JH to go back to us then it is purely a matter of contractual negotiation. As I see it, there is no downside for B/ham but there is an opportunity for that club to gain some cash and goodwill plus, possibly, a commitment that JH goes back to St Andrews next season. In many respects B/ham resembles City in so many ways and so its board wanting to help out is no great surprise.

I think City and Birumingham will come to some sort of agreement on allowing Hart back, whether it be financial compensation now or a "first dibs" on Hart next season on loan. The Premier League would have to ratify it then, which I don't think will be an issue in itself, they've already confirmed they're open to us loaning in a keeper, and this is no different really. Where I think we might have an issue is Villa and, more probably, Spurs complaining. I don't think Martin O'Neil will cause too many waves as he seems a decent sort of bloke, but twitcher will try every trick in the book to prevent Hart playing for us.

It's been funny listening to the numptys on TalkSport, "they should be allowed to bring in a keeper on loan, just not Joe Hart"????? Why not Joe Hart???? We hold his registration. If there's ANY keeper we should be allowed to draft in, it is definitely him! Their reasoning, although they won't say it, is simply that Joe Hart is good! We shouldn't be allowed to bring in a good keeper - that's what they really believe. Rediculous!

You think Joe Hart is 'world class'?

I was going to ask that too, but didn't think he was serious!

Why not we were told Robi was world class when we bought him (-; Joe looks the best young keeper around this year will have done him good if he can keep his head who knows

For once! I really really hope you've got the inside info right on this.

Yeah, forgot we didn't sack Mark Hughes and appoint Mancini as boss, couple hours after I had posted it on here.

Or that we were signing Joleon Lescott.

Or that City were angry about the bullshit £1bn investment announcement

Or that there would be a £200 season ticket next season.

Or that we had pulled out of the Eto'o deal.

Or that we were signing Kolo Toure

Or that we had bid to sign Fabian Delph.

I can see where I have attempted gone wrong.

They have been talking about Hart since this morning. As long as the permission is in place, it comes down to a simple question of money.

"In Jim we trust".............

As one of the most solid ITK's on here pal, i have faith in what you have told us...........I just hope the fook you are right :-) !!

If it comes down to money - wekk fook me, we of all people should be fine in that respect~!
