When Cardiff agreed the payment schedule they must have been in a financial position to pay the agreed installments.It very much depends on the kind of agreement involved, and we don't know what it is. There are other examples like motoring or health where the insurer pays directly. Basically we don't know. I'm just saying it's possible.
