Still at it. How can this even be an issue?

It's the nature of the beast, I'm afraid: Profit, profit, profit - at any cost. In the unfortunate event of someone losing their lives because of this 'greed-is-good' attitude, those at the top of the tree will pass the buck and pin culpability on another party.

The only people to benefit from this whole sorry episode will be the lawyers...to nobody's surprise.
