What about individuals or groups whose beliefs and/or policies are remarkably similar to those of the Nazi Party? Surely the truth cannot be a "ridiculous and disgusting slur"?

Is the term "Neo-Nazi" acceptable on here to describe certain extreme right-wing groups?
