Apologies if covered elsewhere, but why were there about three rows of empty seats at the back of the stand at Chlesea last night against the Rags?...... I know it's not because they couldn't sell the tickets

thanks, but i meant at the back of the stand behind the goal in the Chelsea end..... I also noticed at another match they played in the Champs League.
The little section in the rags end was because of the position of the 5th official, presumably so the fans weren't too close to him as there's very little off-pitch space at Stamford Bridge.Ja Salford Blue said:I spotted that mate, right at the back of the shead end!
