Yep win trophies of the back of the previous managers team been shite last 2 seasons and its down to him being a soft arse manager where players take the piss he picks players because he makes promises start of season oh and it was him who wanted Bony 28m waste of space which he keeps picking even though he knows he's shite all because he is mr nice guy.

I think the club need to handle this with extreme caution! A heavy defeat against Madrid and a beating by arsenal will lead to a cauldron of unrest for his last home game!

The way the early leavers go even if the games close or we're winning will mean a half empty ground come full-time.
Pissing about with bring your child to work day won't help either, perhaps like in some cup ties anyone left should be relocated to level 1.
As for Pelli, his CV when he came isn't worth the paper it's written on. Our first season under him the players had a point to prove post Bob, since then the Engineer, whatever that means has took us backwards, he may not have had too much say in the comings and goings of players but his stubbornness in tactics that don't work has been disgraceful.
Winning the CL won't hide the fact we've been with a few exceptions relatively shit for 2 years.
Peps job will be alot easier than he thought, won't be that hard to improve the league form.
I'll be off at the end of the game if they all fuck off inside. Appreciation works both ways.

When we had "shit" managers in the past with fuck all money to spend because the previous "shit" manager had blown the transfer budget on "shit" players, we could accept that, providing they got the best out of the players by managing and motivating them to perform, our expectations for anything other than survival from relegation was fairly low. However we are a million miles away from where we were yet our manager can virtually sign any player he chooses cannot motivate the team to perform when we are up against the in your face physical teams. Of all his signings, only Fernandinho and De Bruyne have been good signings. When Kompany is out we have no leader, that I down to Pellegrini IMO.
Yes he's charming man but this 'Holistic' bollocks hasn't worked! I want to see a manager with passion and drive bollocking the slackers on the pitch to roll their sleeves up and graft, not sit there in the dugout looking uninterested. He's has underachieved I think given the money he's spent on the players he's signed and i'm glad he's going.
