Gerrard-Parker-Barry
Walcott-Rooney-Young

with GazBaz out, i'd have to say throw Lampard in there to replace Barry.

I have just been on the phone to Virgin, great bloke from Sunderland talking about the last day of the season, glad we did it etc etc BUT then he said he was glad Barry was out of the Euros as he was to slow !! FFS the conversation went a bit down hill from there as I made it known that Barry was one of the engine room heroes for us and England will be decidely worse off. Barry to slow FFS, hell I'm going to have to sit down or have a beer, Barry too slow FFS.

if going with 3 in midfield i would now go with 2 of parker/gerard/lampard and chamberlain providing some energy, creativity and drive.

cos the 3 golden oldies will achieve fuck all

If Barry had went and England inevitabely crash out to some nothing nobody team or humiliated by a worthwhile team, he would have been the scapegoat for the media and the average football fan as they can't see any blistering pace or amazing stepovers from our Barry so assume he is shit and the reason for all our failings as a nation.

This time it will without a doubt be Downing. It's always someone.

This time actually it will probably be a multitude of choices. Nonetheless no one will blame Rooney for getting himself banned for our entire tournament (if we're honest).

Talksport were talking about the relatively small ammount of England fans going to Ukraine for the euro's when im sure Mark Saggers said that France have sold less than 50 tickets officially to their fans for the opening match against England - is this true , cant find this story anywhere

About the Euro's?

It's all a bit somber here in Stoke but i'm sure it'll pick up when it gets under way!

In previous comps whether it be the world cup or the Euro's there has always been a massive expectation and optimism regarding England and their (our) chances of lifting the trophy. However, this year there has been nowt!!! No hype or expectation which is why we will probably go out and win the twat!

Anyroad, well done again for that epic finale against QPR. But, i'm off for a wank so......Goodnight ;)
