One of the central defenders was Joe Garner,of Charlton,we have just recruited their head of development Paul Hart.
The same Paul Hart who when at Forest told a 16 year old SWP he'd never make it as a footballer? Forgive me being underwhelmed.

Show me a man who's never made a mistake and.....

Why do people always seek the negatives?

what makes it sweet is i heard that the rag twat gave the dutch kids a "motivational" chat before hand.... hahha dick head

Congratulations England !!!

btw any one who says we dont have any talent just look at some of the technically good players waiting to come through, Ryan ledson, Patrick Roberts. then you've got young players like sterling, barkley, shaw. englands future does look bright, as long as these players get a chance

btw we were technically better than holland with the ball

I wasn't "seeking the negative", it was the first thing I thought of when I saw his name. His reason for thinking SWP wouldn't make it was his size, I thought we'd gone beyond youth coaches who feel a player has to be big and athletic to make it in the English game. I'll have to hope he's changed his ideas in the meantime.

Be interesting to see how Paul Hart does. There's a strong 'City' connection with his family, his dad Johnny is a former player and was briefly manager in the 70's before heart problems forced him to retire.
