Personally, I don't see Foden starting any games. He's currently third behind Sancho and Saka to be played out of position anyway. If Sterling got a knock, I don't think Southgate would go for him on the left either. Like it or not, England are winning without him. This side haven't gone behind yet though. He might then get brought on if we need a goal? Who knows?
I do think if England score first, they've got a chance of beating anyone left in. The braindead media will ramp the frenzy up to even higher levels now. Home advantage etc, the team will be under immense pressure the further they go. I just hope that Kyle and Johnny Boy stay solid at the back because if it does go wrong, the verminous bastards always know where to find a scapegoat.
Denmark first then?

I'm expecting a much tougher test for England in this one.

I was impressed with their 1st half showing against Belgium, when they could have easily been 3 up and they've been decent in subsequent matches.
I'll be very surprised if we manage to hammer these the way we did Ukraine.
I'm expecting a tight game and a narrow victory.
I had a small bet on Denmark to win this tournament before the start at 28/1 as they appeared good value.
Dont mind losing the bet though.

What did I miss last night??

5 live radio saying Sancho is undroppable after last night?

Really?
Saved his best stuff for when the ref had blown for something else. Apart from that, a flashy back-heel in his own 6 yard box to give possession away. Jenas clearly thought he was unplayable though.

Yeah,in a bang average tournament, results have been great.
I think what we’re seeing is the same we’ve always seen but with roles reversed.

Instead of the usual suspects having the deepest squads, with England having a good starting XI but a lack of depth with us looking on at others wondering how they’ve got so many good players… this time we are looking at others being where England were in the past and it’s England with the deepest squad.

Some might think that means the tournament has been weak, I think of it - like Jurgen Klinnsmann said - as “England’s time”.

We could pick two different England sides and the quality would be fairly similar. When have we seen that before? Not since the early 1970s, maybe?

Could you imagine last night’s England team going into a semi final against an England B team with Foden Grealish Saka and Calvert-Lewin as a front four? They’d be the best team last night’s England team would face all tournament. Likewise the England B team facing Mount Sterling Sancho and Kane would be the best forward line they’d face all tournament.

Only France have got depth like England, and they’re out. Italy don’t, Brazil don’t, Germany don’t, Argentina don’t, Portugal don’t, Uruguay don’t, Spain don’t. I’m not saying we’ve got the best team in the world or anything, there are much better individual players playing for other countries, and there have been better first choice England teams than this current one; but our strength in depth is higher than we’ve seen for a long time without a drop off in quality, if not even better quality on the bench.

I haven't seen any genuine quality yet, most teams would struggle to make top 4 in the Prem...i guess i was hoping for a bit more. However,it is what it is and you can only beat what is in front of you....so,from that perspective, our boys are doing great, and i definitely believe we are best equipped to win this tournament.
