It's a positive moan

There's quality nations out there not even at the World Cup. We got a good bunch of players and loads of young ones out there. Give over it was a yellow at worst. He got the ball but some of the player as well. Never a red.

His foot was about a foot off the ground, he went in far too forcefully then he went through into his standing leg with his other leg. If someone did that to you in a pointless friendly before the WC, you'd be furious as well. Absolutely mindless and unnecesarily dangerous

Glad I am not the only one that thought that was atrocious.

Absolutely disgraceful tackle by Sterling. Don't blame Valencia at all for doing what he did, even if he did deserve the red too. Valencia's already had one badly broken and dislocated ankle in his career and that shocking tackle by Sterling could have done the same or worse - it could certainly have ended his World Cup before it started.
