I don't think anyone has slagged Stevie Overrated off more on Bluemoon than me over the years but he has had a bit of unfair stick on here tonight. Rooney likewise.

It was Woy's decision to stick Rooney out on the left in no man's land; where Milner would have pissed it. If any England player had a bad game it was Baines. This bloke is always out of position, turns his back, doesn't close down and can't tackle. Because he takes a fancy free kick and scores penalties the rest of Bluemoon wank themselves silly over him and scream for the heads of Clichy and Kolorov who are far better.

Apart from the Arctic Monkey, everyone of our lads ( and that took some fucking typing seeing as five of them play for the mickeys) can feel they put in a shift and did their Country proud.

We were very unlucky not to get a point tonight.

Ok lets get into it then. Firstly he thinks it's a good idea to put a very unfit, lazy, selfish prick that is Rooney on the left wing a job which requires the player to track back and help the LB. Predictably Rooney doesn't track back and we got abused down the left leading to one of their goals and numerous chances. Then after half time his brilliant tactics he moves Welshit to the left and he also doesn't track back and help so Baines is overwhelmed again. Then even though everyone can see Gerrard is playing shit and struggling in the heat he leaves him on the full 90.

We gave the Italians far too much time on the ball and didn't close them down at all. Italy were in second gear all game and conserved energy and let us beat ourselves with our shit final ball. There were positives like Sterling and Barkley and Sturridge but Woy's shit management cost us big time and he needs to sort his team selection and tactics.

Very accurate. Exactly what was wrong. Sterling was excellent though but Gerard was shite, I though Henderson ws better of the two central midfielders.

I thought England played very well, only thing they lacked was some decent finishing and just getting a man on the end of some of the crosses. The amount of times we fired it across the six yard box and the same with Italy there could have easily been more goals.

Sturridge and Sterling looked very good in spells running at the Italians. Rooney was spraying some nice passes around and getting involved. Baines was really under pressure from the get go felt a bit sorry for him today. Wilshere and Barkley were pretty dissapointing when they came on and surprisingly didn't really create or trouble the goalie much bar that effort from Barkley.

Great tackle at the end by Cahill (sure it was him) when he was obviously cream crackered

Hang on a minute, Italy scored twice, hit the woodwork twice and had one cleared off the line but England deserved a draw?? Look, this Italy side are no world beaters, their midfield is about as slow as it gets at a World Cup but they had no trouble carving England open when needed. Teams that can't defend will never get very far at a major tournament. Yes England put some good attacks together and have some very promising young players but tactically Italy shat all over England tonight.
