I think you could make an argument for Sterling, Grealish and Phillips (thought he looked good when he came on).

I expect Southgate will be more cautious, fully expect Mount to return to the starting XI.

Senegal squad without Mane would be bottom half of the PL and probably fighting relegation
England should be looking at a comfortable win

If it's like the choice above, that midfield is going to be overwhelmed with rice not coming for the ball and mount/ rashford giving it away. As a result, kane'll come deeper.

Kyle and John will have their hands full and i don't think Maguire will stand up to kouilibaille or track their movement. Arnold likely to be out of position and mount doing sod all defensively.

Think it will be a cagey one.
