Southgate can certainly be questionable with his choices but I don’t think even he would go with TAA over Trippier or Walker

Unless he shits himself and goes with the back 5. Then I could see him going with Walker on the right side of a 3 and then TAA as the right sided wing back or whatever.,

Kyle and John will have their hands full and i don't think Maguire will stand up to kouilibaille or track their movement. Arnold likely to be out of position and mount doing sod all defensively.

Last 7 WCs one never won a game either channel knocked out at group stages (only point was on ITV in 2014).

3 knocked out on ITV.

3 knocked out on BBC.

There have been a lot less group games on ITV which means more BBC games in total were won, but it in the tough games there isn't a significant difference.

I think 1986 v Argentina was ITV, then 1982 it was 2nd group stage both 0-0 one on each channel that knocked England out.

West Germany in 1970 was BBC.

I have no idea if 1962 or broadcast live, but I know the earlier ones were not.
