Literally looks like they ignore him.

I'm going to give some of them the benefit of the doubt that they have neither the football brain, the coaching or the technique that Phil has and they just aren't quick enough to recognise the best option half the time.

Credit to Southgate, he's managed this game perfectly. It was a brave decision to swap out Rashford, but it's worked well, and all our attacking players know they have a part to play in this tournament.

We were poor against USA, but the team came out of it ok, and we have learned the lesson it seems. France will be the real test though.
