Fucking hell, Foden puts in an inch perfect cross (multiple times this match) that is completely wasted, and Darke doesn’t say anything. He plays a less than stellar pass and Darke says he really needs to do better, and that he hasn’t played up to his standard.

Palmer puts in two bad crosses and then plays a poor pass that is easily cut out (trying to be too cute), sending Slovakia on a counter, and Darke says he was simply unlucky or that Slovakia defended well.
