A bold move from Uruguay in putting Giménez in the side. Similar to us starting Nasta in the Real Madrid game.

Behave yourself,we played very well and were unlucky not to get a point.

Welbeck was also one of our better players,even though he is a Rag and,as such,that isn't apparently possible.....

If this is Uruguay replacing Lugano with Nastasic their defence has just improved immeasurably.

Nope it is down to Uruguay having faith in a kid who has not started many games for Atletico Madrid. They seem confident in handling England's threat.
 
So 2 holding midfielders? I hope the plan comes off, I really do, if not , that the impact players/subs do the business for us, for me, Milner in the middle to bolster the midfield where we were easily bypassed by Italy and Pirlo, ( do we ever learn? No obviously not Roy!!!) and leave Wellbeck out
