Well listening to post match on itv, so far no blame aimed at Hart. They're criticising the entire display.

despite a lot of pundits speaking crap and often missing blatant incidents when they're commentating - they have played the game and can understand that the lack of creativity and inspiration was running throughout the whole team and when it happens, it affects everyone.
