It's true we do overrate English players. How many of those players are the best player at their club? How many are even the fourth best player at their club? There's not one world class English player. There's not even one good passer of the ball who's English.

Sterling should have been bought for about what we just paid for Gündoğan, £44m for him was laughable. But he's not the only one: Andy Carroll, Luke Shaw, Adam Lallana, Darren Bent.. all bought for over £25m. None are worth more than about £15m

We dodged a bullet tonight , if we had got to the quarter finals , France would have embarrassed us , there is not one genuine world class England player , and there hasnt been for some time , just overhyped players , Rashford is a prime example , the next boy wonder , after hes played 20 first team games , we are in dire straits , our players are technically very limited in comparison , to Spain,Italy ,Germany etc., and the players lack any belief or passion / pride in wearing the shirt. Iceland are crap , but their passion and organisation made it look like men against boys.
