So England once again fail to make a stamp on a tournament,part of the problem is they need a manager who is prepared to pick players on merit and have no interference from fa,sponsors or media on who should and shouldn't play,throw in the fact that these players at the end of the day don't have the same desire as other countries and the majority of them play to a system England haven't a clue what system..
